SUBJECT: Historic Structures Survey Report for the Replacement of Bridge 196 over Moccasin
Creek, B-4662, PA 16-02-0140, Wake and Franklin Counties, ER 05-0877
This memorandum is in response to Megan Privett’s letter of December 6, 2016, transmitting the above-
referenced undertaking. We have reviewed the report and concur with the finding that the Phillips-Baker
House (FK0904) is not eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places for the reasons
outlined.
The above comments are made pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the
Advisory Council on Historic Preservation’s Regulations for Compliance with Section 106 codified at 36
CFR Part 800.
