Question. Godley owns the existing facility immediately adjacent. My understanding is that more parking was necessary for the existing facility. This shows a new building being constructed. A bit more information on avoidance and minimization is required. A smaller building? This piece of property isn't really suited for such a large facility given the location...stuck between to merging roads. (triangular in shape) Also, the entire site will need to have stormwater. The proposed building and the existing building. This would be treated, in my opinion, as a single project. Can you provide the schematics for the SW? I have the ponds, but not the piping. Also, filling the wetland is the headwater of the stream. A French drain system will be needed. Provide details. And possibly some monitoring to ensure the stream doesn't dry up.
