it may take quite some time (up to 90 days from Dec 4 ) before all three Barker permits are completed. We will let our
client know that you are going to try to finish up one Barker permit before the first of the year. Do you think you will be
able to finished up the other Barker permits by then end of January 2018?

Zach,

Good morning,

I do have the three Barker Solar Farm projects on my desk. They are the next projects in the que to review but I have not
started them yet. I am finishing up a permit today. I should be able to get started on one of the permits and possibly
finish before leaving for the Christmas Holiday but the chances of finishing all three before the end of the year is not
possible.

By statute, we have 90 days in which to review these applications without any changes. All three applications were
th
received on December 4. We have been working hard to get permits out on a timely basis.

With that being said, I will do my best to get the first permit complete by end of business on Friday.
