Hello all, Now that the Dairyland Site is out for approval, I wanted to touch base about the best way to move forward with the other Cape Fear 02 UMBI sites. Cloud and Banner RES is planning to submit a draft mitigation plan for the Cloud and Banner Site by the end of the month. As a reminder, this site went on public notice with the original Cape Fear 02 Prospectus back in 2016. Since it has been so long since any IRT members have visited the site, I thought it would be a good idea to plan a site visit, ideally during the Phase III 90 day IRT review period,to aid in the review of the Draft Mitigation Plan. Sam and I discussed the updated mitigation approach in the field during our JD confirmation visit on July 18, 2017, but I have attached a concept for reference. Walnut Wood RES submitted an Instrument Modification to the Cape Fear 02 Prospectus to add the Walnut Wood Site to the Cape Fear 02 Umbrella Bank on July 7, 2017. Because the Cape Fear 02 UMBI had not been approved at the time, the IRT could not move forward with the addition of a new bank site. Now that Dairyland and the UMBI is out for approval,we would like to schedule a site visit for the Walnut Wood Site as soon as possible. Do we need to re-submit the Instrument Modification, or can we schedule a site visit based on the previous submittal? Please advise on the best way to proceed. Please let me know the best way to get site visits scheduled for both of these sites. I look forward to hearing from you.
