Hey Sheri,
I sent in DWR applications, and also PCN forms for 2 lots on Lake James, Lindquist (1780 lot 157), and
Blume (1780 lot 155). They were sent to the mailing address in Raleigh on 11/9/17, by UPS (NC DWQ
WBSCP UNIT Salisbury St address provided by Amy). According to Amy Annino, they were not received
have attached both applications and also both PCN forms. I have never had this kind of trouble with a
shoreline stabilization permit in 10 years.. Can we please use the attachments and get these permits
processed? Please let me know what needs to be done to get these completed.
