Construction Sequence — Replace existing pipe: SR 2026 Hill Myers — Davidson County
1. Close Road
2. Install erosion control devices at each quadrant.
3. Block upstream flow with fmpervious structure. Use pump around method or pipe around and
dewater work area.
4. Remove road fill and existing pipe to Junction Box 5' X 5'.
5. Tear our old Box and move closer to the R/W and Set New Box
6. Excavate to sufficient depth to allow 1 foot {or 20 percent burial of pipe, if no bedrock is
encountered) and install new pipe from box to end of pipe
7. eackfill pipe and place rip rap stabilization and vegetate.
8. Notify landscape department forfinal seeding and mulching.
9. Compiete road grading and pave roadway.
10. Site conditions and weather may alter these plans.
11. Construction time at permitted location to be 1 week.
