We are working on a few additional things before filing a revised PCN. I wanted to get this draft to you for your review
in advance, if that is acceptable with you, so that we can keep this rolling for time efficiencies.

I have attached portions of the documents meant to address the issues and concerns you raised regarding buffer
impacts. Does this response adequately address your concerns and requests?

From our site visit:

The “back” slue was not within the project boundary….so please submit a redrawing for that area with the new buffer
line

The “ditch” was not a stream….so please submit a redrawing for that area

There was a question of a Manhole being “in the stream”…might have been a “scale” issue, but provide clarification and
submit clarifying diagram. I believe this was near the pump station (the second stop).

The more substantial issue was the line cutting down near the lake on the side of the hill. I sent a conceptual drawing
with my thoughts. Please respond with comments why this isn’t possible.
