SUMMARY OF HISTORIC ARCHICTECTURE AND LANDSCAPES REVIEW Descrintion of review activities, results, and conclusions: Review of HPO quad maps, HPO GIS information, historic designations roster, and indexes was undertaken on November 3, 2017. Based on this review, there are no existing NR, SL, LD, DE, or SS properties in the Area of Potential Effects, which starts at the intersection of Dillard Road and Old Settlement Road and extends approximately 0.2 miles east on Dillard Road; the APE also extends 50' from the center of the existing road either way. 9 Melody Lane, 75 Melody Lane, and 258 Dillard Road are all under fifty years of age based on Jackson County GIS/Tax information. One property is over fifty years of age within the APE, 9 Melody Lane built 1947. The one-and-a-half story frame house appears to be unremarkable and a common mid-20h century bungalow form based on Street View Imagery and tax records, and is not eligible for National Register listing. There are no National Register listed or eligible properties and no survey is required. If design plans change, additional review will be required. Whv the available information provides a reliable basis for reasonablv nredicting that there are no unidentied significant historic architectural or lnndscape resources in the proiect area: HPO quad maps and GIS information recording NR, SL, LD, DE, and SS properties for the Jackson County survey, Jackson County GIS/Tax information, and Google Maps are considered valid for the purposes of determining the likelihood of historic resources being present. There are no National Register listed or eligible properties within the APE and no survey is required.
