permitting branch. Per G.S. 150B-3 your current permit does not expire until permit decision on the application is made.
Continuation of the current permit is contingent on timely and sufficient application for renewal of the current permit.
The permit writer will contact you if additional information is required to complete your permit renewal. Please respond
in a timely manner to requests for additional information necessary to allow a complete review of the application and
renewal of the permit.

packet that is included Since the time of the current permit period, EAE -Wilson has added four (4)
above ground storage tanks to the facility Two tanks that hold 2 25 million gallons and two tanks that
hold 630,000 gallons The tanks were constructed and installed in 2016, and all four tanks store asphalt
products No other changes or additions have taken place at EAE -Wilson
The application checklist requires EAE -Wilson to mention that EAE -Wilson does not generate any solids
or sludge from our storm water discharge Therefore, EAE -Wilson does not have a sludge management
plan

The facility has a 3,234,441 gallon retention pond that the storm water from the facility
drains into. The storm water is discharged from the retention pond and flows through a
level spreader and vegetative strip before leaving the facility property.
