On December 15, 2017, a Notice of Violation was issued by this Division for activities that were not in
compliance with 401 water quality authorization DWR#2017-0998. You responded to the Notice by
email on December 15, 2017 and provided documentation that appropriate actions have been taken to
bring the project back into compliance with the water quality certification.
The Division considers the Notice of Violation to be resolved and closed.
