RE: 1201 Ellis Road PJD submittal Attachments: 1201 Ellis Road revised PJD submittal 112116.pdf Tomas: I have reviewed the attached map ("Ellis Road Delineation, November 2016), and confirm that it accurately represents the findings of my field site visit on November 17, 2016 for the subject project. A formal determination for this project will be substantially delayed, likely for several months, because of my considerable JD backlog, and the high volume of permit requests, which are a greater priority. In order to expedite the determination for these sites, you can submit site plans showing the proposed limits of impact on the sites. This would move the project up considerably in priority, because of the priority for permits, and "No Permit Required" actions, which are considered permit decisions.
