I have reviewed your application and it appears as though a stream determination has
not been made by NCDWR. Stream SA is within the study area and the stream
determination made by Kimley Horn does not appear to have been verified. Could you
please verify if stream SA is impacted by the bridge replacement? Also, a soil survey and
USGS map is typically included.
Additionally, please include a stormwater management plan and wetland and surface
water impact permit sheet.
This project will be placed on hold if the additional information is not received by
December 20, 2017.

Hi Art,
I received your bridge replacement application (20171597). It appears as though you
have submitted all required documents. I will be out of the office for the next two days,
and on vacation beginning December 22nd until January 8t". I noticed that the letting
date for this project was December 12, 2017. I'll try to get this permit issued before my
vacation. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
