2. CONSTRUCT DETOUR ALIGNMENT AND SHIFT TRAFFIC ON TO DETOUR ALIGNMENT
3. INSTALL SPECIAL STILLING BASINS, IMPERIVOUS DIKES 1, lA, & 2, LAY 24" TEMPORARY PIPE NO. 1 AND BYPASS PUMP. ALSO FACILITATE "TEMPORARY PIPE TIE" FOR 24" CSP DETOUR PIPE SYSTEM.
4. REMOVE EXISTING BRIDGE 960700 AND BYPASS PUMP UNTIL BOTTOM SLAB OF CULVERT 960700 IS IN PLACE.
5. CONSTRUCT THE BARRELS OF PROPOSED CULVERT 960700, THE WESTERN WINGWALLS OF 960700 AND CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS ON THE LEFT BANK AT THE DOWNSTREAM END OF THE CULVERT.
6. REROUTE 24 INCH TEMPORARY PIPE NO. 1 THROUGH CULVERT 960700.
7. INSTALL IMPERVIOUS DIKES 3& 4. BYPASS PUMP UNTIL BOTTOM SLAB OF CULVERT 960403 IS IN PLACE. THEN LAY 24" TEMPORARY PIPE NO. 2 THROUGH CULVERT.
NOTE: ONLY A PORTION OF CULVERT 960403 WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN PHASE 1 UP TO THE NOTED CONSTRUCTION JOINT.
8. CONSTRUCT BARRELS OF CULVERT 960403, THE WESTERN WING WALLS, AND THE UPSTREAM CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS.
