Just got off the phone with Ron Lucas... we may send you another template... from a Red Springs
project.

Any changes in alternatives (in our case no new alts, but a redesign of preferred)
What else has changed or what is new since the DEIS
Any changes in design
Any changes in project area setting
Any new regulations
Any new T&E listed species (may need to compare FEIS species with DEIS species)
IGNORE PETS and MIS species
Any new merger progress
ETC.

§ 771.129 Re-evaluations.
(a) A written evaluation of the draft
EIS shall be prepared by the applicant
in cooperation with the Administration
if an acceptable final EIS is not submitted
to the Administration within
three years from the date of the draft
EIS circulation. The purpose of this
evaluation is to determine whether or
not a supplement to the draft EIS or a
new draft EIS is needed.
