Date: Thursday, February 05, 2015 4:44:00 PM R-3826 was a good example. With that being said, after reviewing B-2500, R-2593 (Red Springs Bypass), and R-3826, I recommend the following outline. 1. Purpose of the Reevaluation of the DEIS -(include reference to the 23 CFR 771.129 reg.) 2. History of Project Documentation 3. What has changed/What is New a. Changes in Alternatives/Project Design b. Changes in Project Setting c. Regulatory changes (Changes in T&E species, etc.) d. What additional interagency coordination has occurred since DEIS (Merger Process) e. Additional studies since DEIS (keep very brief, conclusions should indicate no new issues of significance) f. Updated impacts g. Updated project commitments (only new commitments since DEIS) 4.
