This letter is in further reply to your June 18 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the
Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). You requested a list of the 109 specific projects
referenced in the declaration you enclosed. Our FOIA office acknowledged your letter on
June 23 and asked us to reply.
The declaration referred to "the more than 109 environmental impact studies FHWA cunently
has underway across the United States." I am attaching the list you requested. (Note that the list
of 109 projects actually identified only 108 projects; the number 1 was assigned by mistalce to
the heading.)
The cost of responding to your FOIA request is below our minimum charge.
