1. FACILITY SUNEMARY: This facility is an existing 0.052 MGD 100% domestic dual -train
wastewater treatment system. The facility serves residential properties consisting of approximately 160
homes. The system includes the following components:
• influent bar screen
• duplex grinder pumps
• flow splitter weir box
• two aeration basins
• dual -hopper bottom clarifiers
• sludge return air lifts
• skimmer return air lifts
• aerated sludge holding basin
• tertiary treatment unit consisting of dual -cell filtration system
• clear well
• filter backwash pumps
• mud well
• ultraviolet disinfection system
• continuous recording flow measuring device
• automatically activated standby power generator.
