Do not click links or open attachments unless verified. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov. Cathy, Attached are the revised JD documents per the site meeting yesterday. I have also attached a revised NWP 29 impact map per the revision that was made in the field yesterday. The impact requested at S1 has been revised to 95 linear feet (10 additional feet on each end of the culvert) which reduces headwalls and saves them significantly at crossing S1. S3 remains 30 linear feet of temporary stream impacts. S2 has been revised to 55 linear feet of stream impact. Alan, We had our site meeting with Cathy yesterday. She moved stream 500 downhill 30’. The attached site plan reflects the changes made to Ch 500. You have already issued the 401 so I figured you might just need to put a copy of this revised site plan in your file??
