(Description of Minimization of Water The bridge replacement and associated roadway improvements have been designed to minimize increases in impervious surface area and maintain existing drainage patterns. Quality Impacts) No deck drains are proposed for the replacement bridge, instead deck drainage will be routed to grate inlets on the east and west of the bridge and discharges to riprap outlet pads on the east and west sides of the project. Erosion control practices have been designed to minimze impacts to surface waters and wetlands. The existing ditches will be relocated outside the proposed fill slope to accomodate the new roadway.
