SUMMARY OF HISTORIC ARCHICTECTURE AND LANDSCAPES REVIEW
Descrintion of review activities, results, and conclusions:
Review of HPO quad maps, relevant background reports, historic designations roster, and indexes was
undertaken on June 19, 2013. Based on this review there are no NR, DE, LL, SL, or SS in the project
area. There are no structures greater than 50 years of age in the APE of this project. There are no
National Register eligible properties in the project area.
Whv the available information nrovides a reliable basis for reasonablv predicting that there
are no unidentired signi�cant historic architectural or landscape resources in the proiect
area:
Using HPO GIS website and the Guilford County GIS Tax Data website provides reliable information
regarding the structures in the APE. These combined utilities are considered valid for the purposes of
determining the likelihood of historic resources being present.
