Attached is a letter with my responses to the additional information request. These are the best answer I can come up
with for your questions. I am also sending this as part of the PCN package to Raleigh. Because you already have plans
and maps and all of that, I am not sending any of that, or a permit fee with the packet based on our previous
conversation. Andrea Leslie has reviewed and commented. We are now just waiting on the 404 from William
Elliott. Let me know if you need anything else or if this doesn't cover what you're looking for.
