I am guessing, because of the massive scope of the project, that their application was quite large and cumbersome to copy. Do we have a review copy available I can invite this gentleman to come see? Also, have you pulled those numbers on the differences between the request and the final agreement? Please let me know when you get them. Thanks, Susan Subject: 401 Application and Certification for PCS Phosphate... From: "David Kelly" <dkelly@edf.org> Date: Thu, 29 Jan 2009 14:51:37 -0500 To: <susan.massengale@ncmail.net> Susan, I am trying to obtain a copy the application filed by... and the 401 certification recently granted to... PCS Phosphate in Aurora. There have been numerous news stories regarding the state's recent approval for them to expand operations (mining wetlands) in Beaufort County. I have not been able to locate these documents online. Can you send me both their application and the 401 certification. that the state approved? I will greatly appreciate any help you can give me on this matter.
