10. COMMENTS: Inspection revealed that recent hydro seeding on slopes has been successful. Continue to establish vegetation
in few bare areas, specifically at top of road. Continue to maintain erosion control measures, specifically silt fence at bottom of
site. With these improvements and plan approval as of September 25, 2017 the NOV has been released.
