The Nationwide Perniit actually issued for Ihis project was a Nationwide 14. Merefore, the 401 is being corrected to reflect this change. NC DOT project B-5373 is covered by General Wa[er Quality Certifica[ion Number(s) 4135. This certitication corresponds [o the Nationwide Permit 14 issued by the Corps of En�ineers. All other conditions of the original 401, both general and specific, still apply.
