Drain or otherwise disrupt or alter the hydrology or drainage ways of the conservation area; 5. Dump or store soil, trash, or other waste; 6. Graze or water animals, or use for any agricultural or horticultural purpose. These restrictions are made subject to that certain Deed of Easement, Sanitary Sewer System and Greenway to the City of High Point recorded in Book 6920, Page 2593, Guilford County Registry and to all other restrictions, easements and rights of way of record as of the date of recording of this Declaration.
