Please provide a brief description of this project (attach site plan if available):
The proiect is a proposed mixed use development on the corner of Hiqh House Road and Davis
D.rive. Cary NC. The proiect will require a riparian buffer authorization for two sanitary sewer
connections to an existinq sanitary sewer within the riparian buffer located on the same side of
Turkev Creek. Please note that there are 0.08 acres of isolated wetland impacts associated with this
proiect that are under notification thresholds, a courtesy notification was submitted to your office in
March 2006. Therefore these impacts to isolated wetlands do not require written concurrence from
the DWQ nor is the applicant is reQuestinq written approval.
