REGAN Secretary S. JAY ZIMMERMAN Director The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your letters, dated June 27, 2017 and September 21, 2017, regarding Seascape at Holden Plantation development, located in Brunswick County, NC, and your thoughts regarding the position of the Seascape at Holden Plantation Property Owners Association, Inc. Division staff have visited the site, met with you, and spoken with you several times since 2009. The Division is continuing to evaluate options regarding the issues at the site. Please note that Pender County online records indicate that Seascape at Holden Plantation Property Owners Association, Inc. became the owner of the common area, which includes the upper and lower ponds, on December 30, 2008 and is the current owner of the property. Any action taken by the Division would more than likely involve the current owner, as we have discussed with you. If there is any additional information you would like to provide, feel free to send to the Division. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Jeffrey 0.
