Please be aware that a PJD has been issued for this project, SAW- 2016-00751. The project proposes minimal permanent wetland / stream impacts, <0.01 acre fill (195 SF), 0.02 temporary fill (1000 SF), and <0.01 acre excavation (24 SF). In sending these plans I have noted to the consultant that the project number is wrong and it must be revised, i.e. B-5706 to B-5712. Please confirm that the project is a non- reporting Nationwide Permit #3. James J.
