permitting branch. Per G.S. 150B-3 your current permit does not expire until permit decision on the application is made.

Be advised that nothing has changed at this location since the previous permit renewal process.
This facility is in an idle status at this time while our company is developing strategy to process
seafood in the not too distant future. All outfalls are kept well maintained.
Be advised that this facility does not produce sludge or solids byproducts when in production and
discharges are screened to capture any solids from leaving site. Therefore there is no need for a
Sludge Management Plan.
