Good afternoon Mr. Lastinger! I wanted to share some additional data that could
help in your review of U-5900
The weblink below is new technology we are exploring here at RKK. We
are creating webmaps to allow agency and DOT personnel to quickly access all of
our field data. Please click on each data point to see pictures, notes, etc. Zoom in
and out to view topo lines generated from Lidar. Also, please note the controls in
the top left to access the legend and change basemaps.

Subject: U-5900 - PreJD Request
Good afternoon Mr. Lastinger!
RKK is working on behalf of NCDOT Division 9(Ms. Amy Euliss) to conduct
Natural Resource studies for the U-5900 project. STIP Project U-5900 proposes
to widen NC 150 to a multi-lane divided facility from SR 1516 (Airport Road) east
to Grants Creek in Rowan County near Salisbury.
Fieldwork team on this project consisted of myself, Mr. Hal Bain, and Mr. John
Merritt.
The PreJD package (complete with forms and mapping) is quite large. The
download link is below. If you would like a paper copy, please let me know and I
will mail it to your office.
