Comment: Site insaection revealed that upstream disturbance was oreater than aparoved impact area and desian had
been modified. Met with Jon Vilas. Jon provided updated design drawings during site visit. Discussed
that these should have been submitted earlier and agencies may have provided comments at that time.
Jon indicated that he will direct the Town to re-establish a channel above the stream relocation section
and to remove some of the unneccessary riprap and narrow the channel/reslope banks. Documentation
provided on 12/5/2017 that work had been completed. see photos in file.
