Good afternoon Mr. Lastinger!
RKK is working on behalf of NCDOT Division 9(Ms. Amy Euliss) to conduct Natural Resource studies for the U-5900 project. STIP Project U-
5900 proposes to widen NC 150 to a multi-lane divided facility from SR 1516 (Airport Road) east to Grants Creek in Rowan County near
Salisbury.
Fieldwork team on this project consisted of myself, Mr. Hal Bain, and Mr. John Merritt.

The PreJD package (complete with forms and mapping) is quite (arge. The download (ink is below. If you would (ike a paper copy, please (et
me know and I will mail it to your office.
