Andrew,
Here is the first letter. The Moralez's were home and this is the signature
of Mr. Moralez. I spoke to them both and they said they had no
questions. I've tried Mr. Fleischman two days in a row but he isn't home. I
do know that he came to Debra Johnson on Tuesday to ask her some
questions about it. He wanted to know how much she is paying, etc. She
invited him to the workshop and he seemed interested in considering
more work on his property in the future. He has a lot of Brandy Branch
frontage. I am happy to hear he is not out of town and I'll continue to try
to contact him.
I also wanted to be sure you understood our role in the project. You do
know that MRP is paying for 85% of the cost of the project and we made
the first contact with the landowner and I am coordinating all the work.
In the future, I'll make sure that our name is on the applications. That was
just a miscommunication with Soil and Water Cons. District. Thank you
and wish me luck finding Mr. Fleischman.
