This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing two pipes in jurisdictional
areas in Hertford County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT's
to Old Tree Swamp, Stream Index No. 25-4-8-7, Chowan River Basin.
Pipe 1: Existing 15" X 36' RCP will be replaced by a 18" X 38' CAP at N 36.409234°

Pipe 2: Existing 24" X 36' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 38' CAP at N 36.409273°
