This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing two pipes in jurisdictional
areas in Chowan County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT’s
to Indian Creek (Dillard Millpond), Stream Index No. 25-20, Chowan River Basin.

Pipe 1: Existing 30" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 36" X 40' CAP at N 36.225953° W

Pipe 2: Existing 24" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 36" X 40' CAP at N 36.221478° W
