I'm not sure where this project is, but make sure you read the GC 4092 to see if the project requires written approval from us and that the activities meet the conditions of the GC. The submitted information requested this project be verified under NWP 39. After review and evaluation of the submitted documents and an on-site inspection of the proposed project area, the Corps is requesting the following additional information in order for us to consider the application to be complete. 1) The PCN notes no estimate for wetlands on the property (see Page 3 of 11, section 3b). However, the preliminary design/plan (aerial plan overlay) depicts wetlands northeast of impacts #2. Please provide clarification. 2) The areas shown for Impacts #2 and #3 have existing culverts. Will these culverts be removed or left in place? Please provide clarification. 3) Areas in the southeast portion of the project area appear to be potentially wetlands. This area contains proposed access roads and RV pads with supporting structures/facilities. Please provide a request for an approved JD or preliminary JD of the project area in order for the Corps to accurately determine the presence of potential jurisdictional aquatic resources at the site and the project's impacts to these resources. This request needs to contain the appropriate supporting information (see attachments). At this time, the request to utilize NWP 39 for authorization of impacts to WoUS is on hold until the above additional information has been received. Once the Corps receives the information listed above and applicable comments from NCWRC we will be able to continue to process your request.
