This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00158. Based on the on-site visit, records review and discussions with collection system staff, the facility was determined to be in-compliance. The following additional items were noted during the inspection:  CS Maintenance Records: Recent change in ORC and Back-up ORCs for the system. Moving forward, record and maintain all maintenance activities for review.  Staffing: Recommend additional staff to help maintain system operations and compliance. Currently six staff operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment, distribution and collection.  Grease Trap Program: Recommend annual inspection of non-commercial establishments with grease traps as part of an enforceable grease trap program. The assistance of the collection system staff was appreciated. ORC Chadd Carpenter and Back-up ORCs Lamar Williams and James Sharpe were present and assisted in the inspection. Overall the system is being well maintained. The Town of Robbinsville has taken steps over the past several years to replace most of the terracotta lines within the collection system. There are two areas that still have terracotta lines and brick manholes. The Town plans to replace these lines with PVC and remove the brick manholes within the next couple of years. Upgrades to the collection system have significantly reduced issues from root intrusion and I&I. ORC reports no major issues within the system. The following items were noted during the inspection: CS Maintenance Records: Moving forward, record and retain all maintenance activities for review. Chadd Carpenter, CS ORC, took over approximately a week ago. Recommend inspecting non-residential users grease trap/interceptor maintenance as part of the enforceable FOGs program. The recent Tallulah Creek addition is the only item currently missing from the Map.
