Measures to reduce impacts to streams, (Description of Minimization of Water wetlands and surrounding properties include, maintaining exsting drainge patterns and using 2:1 fill slopes. Further, rip rap is used at drainage outlets to dissipate energy, Quality Impacts) reduce erosion and stabilize stream banks where pipe outlet velocities are high.
