Dear Mr. Sheets:

I conducted a follow up inspection of the Linville Ridge Country Club WWTP on 11/14/2017. I
met with Jadd Brewer and Stephen Taylor. They showed me that the gate to the WWTP had
been replaced, and it appeared to be a quality installation. This facility is now compliant with
Permit No. NC0062413.

There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a
response to this inspection report is not required.
