On 11/14/2017 I (Daniel Boss) conducted a follow up inspection at Linville Ridge Country Club WWTP.
I met with Jadd Brewer and Steve Taylor at the plant. The follow up was in regards to an NOV issued
for a missing security gate at the plant. A new gate has been installed and looks to be effective and of
good quality. The plant was pumped down at the time of inspection because the sources of sewage
(clubhouse and restaurant) were shut down for the season. Jadd also showed me the location of the
outfall which had not been identified at the previous inspection.
