Duke Energy Progress, LLC has conducted extensive wetland delineation within the property owned at
the HF Lee Energy Complex. Duke Energy is providing the Corps of Engineers, with final surveyed
drawings of the jurisdictional delineation, of Waters of the United States for the site located in Wayne
county. If needed an electronic copy of the survey plats can be provided to you. We request that you
review and approve the surveyed drawings as appropriate at your earliest convenience.
