Dear Mr. Vance:

I conducted an inspection of the Crossnore WWTP on 11/14/2017 in response to a bypass that
occurred on 10/09/2017. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating
in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No.
NC0026654. I met with Jadd Brewer and Steve Taylor who explained the circumstances and
cause for the plant to overflow. My conclusion is that the Crossnore WWTP is compliant with
the permit. Because there were no significant issues noted during the inspection, a response
to this inspection report is not required.
