You can use the following link to view all the thresholds and circumstances that would need to be met in order for approval to not be required. http://edocs.deq.nc.gov/WaterResources/0/doc/493391/Page1.aspx After reading page 5 of the provided DCM application it sounded to me as though there would be enough impact to trigger written notification. Sending in an electronic PCN would give us the information needed to make a solid determination on whether the written approval is necessary. Due to this project being in conjunction with a CAMA project additional fees would not be charged for the approval if needed. An electronic copy of the letter and application are attached to this email. The green cards from the property owners were returned to my office today, and they were included with the hard copy. Bridge maintenance has everything lined up to start this project on Monday, December 4, 2017. Therefore, please let me know if the permit can be issued by then and if you thst are available the week of November 27 – December 1 for an onsite preconstruction meeting.
