Here is a project that needs to get a BIMS number. I am pretty sure it is a non-notifying
for us.

Subject: Onslow Bridge #54 end bent stabilization
Stephen,
Today I mailed a hard copy of a cover letter and permit application for the subject
bridge via the courier to your office. An electronic copy of the letter and application are
attached to this email.
The green cards from the property owners were returned to my office today, and they
were included with the hard copy.
Bridge maintenance has everything lined up to start this project on Monday, December
4, 2017. Therefore, please let me know if the permit can be issued by then and if you
thst
are available the week of November 27 – December 1 for an onsite preconstruction
meeting.
