The Corps has reviewed the request for burial waiver from Regional Condition 3.6.
Based on the information contained within the package dated November 9, 2017 this
request seems reasonable considering the desire to maintain a reduced slope.
Therefore, this email exchange will serve as the approval of burial waiver for the pipe
under SR 1566 (Wallace Walker Rd.)
