Please reference the "Notice of Violation" dated August 28, 2008 sent by the North
Carolina Division of Water Quality (DWQ) in response to a site visit conducted by DWQ
on August 22, 2008. A pre-application site visit was held on December 2, 2008; DWQ
and the US Army Corps of Engineers was in attendance.
C1earWater Environmental Consultants, Inc. will be submitting a permit application on
behalf of the applicant, Mr. Casey Robinson. The permit application will be submitted by
