On September 27, 2017, a Notice of Violation was issued by this Division for activities that were
not in compliance with 401 water quality authorization DWR#2016-1079. Your representative,
Joey Lawler from S&ME Inc responded to the Notice on October 9, 2017 and October 30, 2017.
Mr. Lawler provided documentation that appropriate actions have been taken to bring the project.
back into compliance with the water quality certification.
The Division considers the Notice of Violation to be resolved and closed.
