On November 15, 2017, Ousmane Sidibe and I conducted an inspection to verify the outfalls listed on the Notice of Intent
received on September 06, 2017. One outfall was observed (active temporary sediment basin). The two remaining outfalls
were not yet installed, per the submitted plan. Please submit revised plan if changes are to be made.
