Attached please find the Request for Rehearing on the ACP filed this a.m. with FERC. The request was made by the
Public Interest Groups -- NC WARN, Clean Water for NC, BREDL, and 18 other community and civic groups, mostly
along the route of the ACP. We believe FERC has failed to comply with NEPA, and rules concerning environmental
justice, climate change, and cumulative impacts. The request is a preliminary step in appealing the decision to the Federal
DC Circuit Court of Appeals.
