I have looked at the above project, 2017-0520 V3, and I still have concerns with the project and the likely impacts that
will occur during project implementation. It was a large document, but there really wasn't much detail on the
minimization of crossings and construction access. It appears there may be a good amount of impacts to wetlands and
buffers that weren't well detailed - some of which may be temporary, but may have lasting effects due to the nature of
the project and project site. Please let me know if you have anything additional on this.
